Prior to being named to Erica's current roll, she served as a bank manager for large and small companies in the Odessa, Midland area. Erica developed genuine care for customer and by doing so, she would build a rapport with the customer to help achieve their financial goals.

Erica passion is helping people achieve their dreams. Erica have been working in the financial industry for over 15 years in Odessa, Texas. She would help customers start a small business and help the customer build a relationship with the bank, to help set guidelines to grow their business for their financial future.

Erica helps out customer on retail and business lending side. Being a Branch Leader for Truist has allowed Erica to grow in her career and bring her closer to the community. Erica feels giving back to the community is give back to yourself, just see people happy when you helped them out and help solve their financial problems makes her happy.

Erica has a Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary studies degree from UTPB and a minor in Biology. Erica continues her education in billing and coding and received her Notary and NMLS.

Outside the office, Erica spends her time working at the YMCA in fitness department and participating in health kid’s day. Erica is part of the Hispanic Heritage of Odessa and helps the community to making a difference. Erica enjoys helping at The Well, Keep Odessa Beautiful and Adinvita: School of Design Thinking, this is s a huge part for Erica in which she loves to do.
